Keep in mind, SRS & TFI are only contractors!They are not state employee's, nor are they fully qualified to be "Farming" children. It takes an MBA to run a small business these days, and the Supervisors of these Kansas authorities don't even carry enough credits to be a substitute teacher! UNDERSTAFFED and OVERFED, go Kansas!
